“I used to cry about money. Like, actually cry. I was trying to gain confidence in managing my finances and communicating with my partner about money, but the anxiety was overwhelming. If I'd kept going that way, I would have just taken on more debt and stayed trapped in that high-anxiety cycle.

When I first signed up, I was both hopeful and hesitant - worried this would just be another expense I was incurring. But what surprised me most was how therapeutic the program turned out to be. It helped bridge difficult interactions and conversations with my partner, and my sessions with Berkeley allowed me to get to a place where I felt comfortable being more vulnerable.

I had such shame and guilt about being "bad" with money, but this course started my healing journey. I learned that pulling back the curtain makes the perceived monsters less scary.

I'm proud to say I no longer cry about money! I'm working on increasing my income and being mindful in the way I spend. I’ve managed debts by implementing a plan and actually sticking to it. It’s as though I've unlocked a new level of self confidence. I may not be rolling in it yet, but I am able to better manage what I do have.

Berkeley is the opposite of a "finance bro" and it's great to understand money and budgeting without feeling like you're being mansplained to. I've already recommended her to friends!”
